Yes, but it's harder than using a copy of Lumines from what i've read. You need to get your hands on a Pandora's jigkick battery which requires a psp with custom firmware already installed.
As kylesa said you need to create a Pandora's Battery unbricker/downgrader (Jigkick Battery) to downgrade a 3.51 or 3,52 Official PSP. To do this you will need a PSP that has either 1.50 or CFW on it. So if you know a friend that has CFW or 1,50 on their PSP ask them if they can help you create the Jigkick battery. HERE is a guide on how to create it.
The only problem with that is that no one I know owns a PSP, let alone one with v1.5 or a CFW. I have no way, unless I can get someone somewhere else to do it for me, I pay shipping. Which really makes me mad cuz I have everything I need to make one with.
