Hey, I recently bought a new V3 RAZR from Cingular and downloaded mobile Phone Tools 3.11 but I have one problem. It recognizes my phone and everything but when I'm about to transfer something (mp3, wav, wma ringtones) it always says format not supported and won't let me transfer them. Could someone please tell me what format I should put my music to be able to download it into my phone and where I can download a converter or at least a free trial?
Go to melody studio after the fone is detected and everything, go to the my PC or where ever the file you want to put into your fone and select it, it will load up and then you choose how much oft the file you want to transfer, if you want all then highlight all of it and then click transfer, if that doesnt work do all of that except instead of transferring save it and then go to the main menu of mpt and click on I think its the top thing you can select, it has two sides one for your pc and the other for your fone find the ringtone you just saved and drag and drop it onto the ringtone folder for the fone. make sure if you are putting it in your fone that way you are at the screen where it shows three folders from your fone I think they are sounds or ringtones, pictures and videos.
