can anyone help a thikko out i dont have a com port on my pc but want to try and install v300 my version is 257e_E but fed up of trying to get codes and re installing . i have heard with v300 you dont have to do this? thanks
You can buy USB to serial com adapters. In fact Maplin do one and its part number ZP43W. Hope this helps
hi i have put version v300 on my starview and i have not needed to put any new code in so far make sure you do not have a clone starview before putting installing it it i have been told it could breaks it there is info on this site if you are not sure
This version is not stable atm alot of people complaining of there picture freezing, including me who have tested it , the only good thing about it 3.00v updates the codes when ntl change them you dont have to set them manualy atm
