Downloaded the 3.11 Phone tools and extracted to folder. Plug the phone in V551 and the clock runs like it is being setup. The message on the desktop phone says initializing and stays there and there’s a small red X over the modem icon and when I move the cursor over the modem it says modem not installed. What’s up?
Make sure your phone is connected to the usb data cable propperly. I noticed that when I plugged my data cable into the usb port on the front of my computer it wouldn't recognize my phone but the port in back did. If you have a usb hub, try pluging the cable into a different port.
