A few days ago my v557 Ticker stopped updating, and when I try to update the Connection details it just says "0 Bytes Transferred" followed by "DOWNLOAD ERROR". I can access Media Net just fine for some reason, but the ticker won't work? Updating my subscriptions does nothing as well, it still has my old list in the ticker. Also, I had set LOCK CODE for the internet so that if I accidently hit the button above SEND it wouldn't immedietly connect. Ever since my ticker stopped working, the LOCK CODE doesn't apply to that big cingular button. Why?! [bold]EDIT: I just did a phone reset, and reapplied to lock to MEDIA NET, WEB ACCESS, WEB SESSIONS and now it does lock. Weird.[/bold] I have alreayd sent in 3 phones to Cingular for replacements, I REALLY WANT THIS PHONE TO WORK! Any help is greatly appreciated. (And I haven't messed around with anything on it because I don't even have the data cable yet!)
i originally had the same problem just call cingular it is some thing on there end that is not set up right
