    Hi,

I wanted to know is there a way to turn a MTV VCD video into an Audio CD that can be played in CD players or car CD stereo?

My mom asked me this same question because she has this rare MTV VCD video she enoys listen too but she doesn't have the time to always look through the video just to hear and see it. Since this a rare MTV it is not possible for her to buy the soundtrack of that old artist.

So is there any possible way to convert that MTV VCD audio into an audio soundtrack and becoming an Audio CD to play on CD readers?

How would i go about doing that if there's a way? I'm not good with this video/audio business stuff so any instructions is appreciated. I have VirtualDub where i do the basic of cropping videos etc. So would this free program be of help?

    thanks!

hmm i would imagine the best idea would be to, rip the mpg files from the vcd, extract the audio with tmpgenc, you would probably have to completely decompress the audio which could be done with VirtualDUB, then go to Nero Wave Editor, save the tracks as mp3, use Nero to burn!
