I made a VCD from a DVD with DvdX but may be that i had wrong some bite rate parameter. The stream that i made have a non standard bitrate for the VCD format. In the DVD Player the movie work but in some scene with a particulary sounds the audio broke for one second. Can I correct the bitrate for the streams (audio and video) in the MPEG file without re-encoding DVD? Thanks for reasons.
