VCD by Nero without Audio...

    Hello,
    I ripped and encoded with NeoDivx9.2 a Disney dvd and Ihave obtained a good .AVI file.Then I tryed to create a VCD with Nero and, after the Nero encoding i had a Vcd with only 5-10 sec of video+audio then only video. It is happend 3 times and with different movie.
    Anybody as an idea?
