VCD Files to play on DVD Disc

    Hi, i have lots of music video's i want to put on a dvd for my car, i can fit about 13-15 on a normal vcd cd but i want to be able to fit more on a dvd disc still in a VCD format. is this possible or do the video clips HAVE to be converted to a VOB format?

    I asked this questoin a while back and no one really new the answer but after some plugging away i found out that it is not possible to make one giant VCD which is what you are trying to do. Whatever player you have in your car will recognize the disc as a DVD and try to find the IFO files. It is not possible to use DVD's to make VCD compliant. The best bet is just to convert all your files to DVD compliant with TMPGENC and then just make a dvd with a DVD authoring tool. This is time consuming but it will work. You can also try this:
