I may be in the wrong spot but here it goes. How many different VCD formatts are there? I have made VCD back ups of some DVDs and they work great on my stand alone player but the neighbours doesn't play them. But they had a malay VCD that I copied for them and it works on both my DVD player and theres. I checked the files on both discs and there are different files. Does anyone have a clue because i'm lost.
it could be the cd-media one can be the conventional stamped silver one you buy in stores (which will likely work) then there is cd-r + cd-rw which in some cases may not work....also it could be a svcd ?????
