VCD Menu-Creating Program Needed

    I've seen Nero's options, but they seem very limited.

    Are there any other programs which will let me create my own menu (via a graphical interface)? I don't mind still having to use Nero to burn the CD if this program doesn't have the capability.

    By the way, I'm new to this whole thing, so please don't think I'm some kind of moron or something.

    VCDs don't really allow sexy menus, although they are quite adequate through Nero, have you tried the articles, I mean guides (sorry dRD!) section on the homepage of this website? There is a guide for graphical (ie thumbnail) menus. You could also try DVD2SVCD which has a function for VCD menus, I believe.
