VCD no picture

    Hi .........just joined.. nice site. I have encoded a Avi file using tmpgenc. Nero 5542 takes it ok on vcd selection showing 300meg. I burn at 8x (slowest my writer can do). Play it on DVD player....have sound but no picture. I did encode in Pal. Any ideas plz.thx

    Does the MPEG file show properly under Windows? If you enable VCD menu in Nero, open the video file properties and scan through it in the menu thumbnail view, can you see the picture?
