Hi,i'm a newbie on this and i would like to know a simple question : I want to make a VCD with my mpeg files that i have on my CPU(not problem on this), but my DVD player only play NTSC files(in fact, it plays PAL but with the image invading the boards above and below, a mess)How can i convert PAL sistem in NTSC sistem ? What softwares are good to ? I appreciate it
TMPGEnc is nice when you conver the movies use ntsc and also you might want to use oter settings and click on the advanced tab and use center but keep aspec ratio or fullscreen keep aspect ratio.
thank you with your tips, but what i really mean was how can my tv set support pal vcd without cut the edges, thats no problem with the image and sound,just this thing.i've tried your sugestion but it didnt work.I wanna know if you tried that before? cause i dont understand your steps,can you explain with more details.i apreciate that,thank you.
uhmmm ok when you use TMPGEnc and the wizard comes up chose your format ...ntsc and then find choose the file you want to convert click next and on the next page there are about four settings you can choose (i think) the bottom setting will be other settings click on that ..next other settings will pop up and there will be tabs you can choose click the advanced tab , and in the video arrange method try using center (keep aspect ratio) or fullscreen (keep aspect ratio)....etc etc etc.
