I tried to create a VCD to view on my dvd player (supported). I used nero 5.5.9.14 to create the vcd. Everything was golden until I finally hit play on the remote... the sound was fine however the picture was scrolling vertically to the point that I really couldn'lt make it out. I found a posting about PAL and NTSC(sp?) but I have no idea what these concern. Any help would be appreciated. I'm new here so if needed flame away._X_X_X_X_X_[small]I have to believe in a world outside my own mind. I have to believe that my actions still have meaning... even if I can't remember them. I have to believe that when my eyes are closed, the world's still there. [/small]
PAL and NTSC are just there for the area you're in. PAL is Europe And Austrailia and its 25fps (frames per second) 352x288 (picture size). NTSC is North America, Japan and its 23.97fps or 29.97fps with 352x240.
