You really don"t need to Change anything in the Files to Put them on to DVD as VCD Files are allready DVD Compliant (Accept for the audio) and you can Make a Non-Standard DVD useing SVCD Files that will play on Most DVD Players all without converting them to another format which degrades the quality and Increases the File size... All you need to do is Install "MediaChance DVDLab Pro" and it will let you Author VCD/Mpeg-1 files and SVCD/Mpeg-2 files to DVD without any Quality Loss or hours of Converting, Pluss this way you can fir 3 or 4 Full VCD movies on a DVD and 2 or 3 Full SVCD movies on a Single DVD..... Cheers
WinAVI Video converter is one of the most wonderful converter to do that job. You can download a trial version of this program from http://www.winavi.com to have a try!
There is No Need to Convert the Files as they are allready in a correct format and useing a program to re-encode them will just Ruin the quality and Increase the File size...As Far as Mpeg encoders go WinAVI Converter is only Medeocre Quality wize and there are much better ones than that out there.... Cheers
