VCD to DVD-R

    Hi all this may be a silly question but My mate has just come back from Thailand with a vcd that he has asked me if i could transfere to dvd-r is this possible ( and no its not porn lol)

    get the mpeg file from the mpeg folder and drop it into divxtodvd to convert to vob/ifo/bup files then burn with nero on add-video tab! dvd mode

    hi struglgling with this i cant seem to pull the mpeg file out or do anything with it just installed DivXtoDVD

    you should have it in .bin format if I'm not mistaken?? You need to mount it to a virtual drive (I use daemon tools, it's great) and then you can open it up and get the MPEG out of it. At least that's the way I do it, I'm sure Rotary is quite more knowledgeable on this subject than I am.

    thanks for the help guys i have told nmy mate to go and buy a dvd player that will play the damm disk :)
