Yes, right smack dab here in the Articles Section. Take a boo. Unfortunately, I could never achieve a full dvd's-worth of mpeg-1 vcd files. Ever. Also, for reasons unknown to me, the resulting video files played back (on dvd) very erratically, and with the video and audio getting progressively worse and worse. And unless you're really handy with, say, IfoEdit and/or VobEdit, you'll get no chapter points either. (I gave up).
