Last August 2003 I posted a question "Is there a simple way to transfer VCR tape to a DVD?" Most answers said it was a complicated process and that's all there is - so get used to it. Over the last year, I've done the following. I purchased the fastest computer possible, brought Pinnacle's Studio 9, read the manual twice, and have sucessfully copied my old VCR tapes onto DVD's with background music, commentary, edited out the shots of the floor, added menus and many other things that make the new DVD's look like real movies. It is not too hard to learn how to use the software and all the different options. Everything works, just as advertised. The finished product is quite nice.

    I agree,Pinnacle's Studio 9 is a no-brainer..and a great option for a novice(like me).
