Verbatim DVD+R/RW Writer

    I am currently looking for a dvd burner and I was wondering if the Verbatim DVD+R/RW Writer is any good for backing up ps2 games? I have a version 7 ps2 with the messiah mod, so I believe that it works with dvd+r media. Frys has this burner on sale this weekend for $169.99 so I am wondering if this is a good deal. Thanks.

    Ya get it! if u dont mind paying unecessarily more for DVD+R media...that drive is a great buy.

    Here's my suggestion...buy the verbatim drive at fry's..
    then buy a 50 pack of verbatim dvd+r's from best buy for $100. 2 bucks a piece is NOT bad at all for dvd+r especailly if they are verbatim quality.
