i have had errors when its vertifying after write.... so i decided not to check the Vertify After Write box on some dvds that i backed up...on 6 dvds that i have backed up i have not checked the Vertify After Write...and the dvd backup plays perfect on my dvd player... just wondering if its really necessary to check the Vertify After Write ?
All it does is read the disc. You don't need to do it unless you want to see if there are any write errors on the disc. Are there write errors on your discs? Would you mind telling us what burn program this is? Nero? And if you are getting errors, tell us what the errors are.
i use Dvd Decrypter and Dvd shrink...ill let u know what the errors are once i get them again ... thanks
Hi there, http://www.dvdinfopro.com DVDInfoPro has a nice CRC Read checker for your media. Put your DVD in the drive, and let DVDInfoPro read every sector of the media. If it's 100% error free, your DVD player will/should not have problems playing it at all !
