I just bought a psp and was wondering if there is a way to copy the games because the psp is for my 5 year old son. I'm not rich by a long shot and i know kids will be kids but the games are so expensive. Someone please help with the question "IS THERE A WAY TO COPY PSP GAMES?"
yes, it is possible to copy games, but before we start, we need to know the specs of your psp. -what firmware version is it running also, you'll need to get a 4 or 8gb memory stick pro duo to fit many games. that's how it's played, off the memory stick
Hey Cee thanks for getting back to me i'm about to go to bed 11:11 my time and i get up @ 4:30 for work I will find out the firmware tomorrow when i get home from work. In the meantime if you have time can you e-mail me some instruction if possible. mcg2u2 Thanks for the help in advanced MCG2U2
edit your email from the post, it's against aD rules to post them. and just post back. it gives the other members to see if they're in the same position.
YOu don't need a 4GB or a 8GB Memory Stick! I have a 2GB and three 1GB memory sticks. On the 1GB ones, there are about 3 or 4 games on each. On the 2GB one, there are about 5 or 6 games, all depending on the game size.
seeing as the psp is for his son, i doubt he wants to switch memory sticks, as it's easier to lose than umds. in the long run, a big memory stick will be worth it. not neccessarily a 8gig, but a 4gig will be fine.
do you have the new psp slim or is it an original fat psp? you will need to use pandora's battery to get custom firmware on the psp. depending on which psp you have, it will be slightly different. BUT, you will need to find someone that has a psp running custom firmware already to create pandora's battery.
you will need to find someone who has a psp running custom firmware, because they can create pandora's battery/magic memory stick. HERE and HERE is a list of people who can help downgrade your psp.
