Very quick clean summary on the law

    I really don't want to start a big long debate/discussion but I just want to see if I understand the Irish law.

    Correct me if I'm wrong on any of these:
    * It's not illegal to sell boxes
    * It's not illegal to own boxes
    * It's not illegal to hook up a box to your cable company's connection (yes, it's in breach of contract with them, but it's not illegal)
    * It's not illegal to sell them for the purpose of them being hooked up to your cable company's connection.

    Is that right?

    arent you selling them? You should know the above?

    Think thats a silly post considering the nature of the post and who may be reading them

    wasnt being short with ya, but the question your asking can open a big can of worms and big brother is always watching
