Does anyone know what wires inside the vga cable need to be spliced together to make a rca connection? I know u can buy a splitter but this is not an option.

VGA is an electrical signal definition.

    RCA describes a physical connector.

    You question makes no sense.

What two devices are you trying to connect together?

RCA connectors are not typical for a typical for a device that supports a VGA signal.
