vhs to dvd capture programs

    can any one please tell me which is the best vhs to DVD capture program on the market at the moment I am after the best possible finish

    I use pinnicle or something like that... you can choose your settings and then use other programs to convert to VOB and such.. add chapters... shrink... endless ideas for you... hope this works
