VHS - to - DVD

    Ok I went thru all 20 pages and didnt see anything posted for my question :)
    What is the brand/model etc. of video capture card I should use to transfer my vhs movies to DVD?
    And, what else will I need? I have a Systemax Athlon pc with Win XP Home. And can I get by with 20GB of space for transfering the vhs onto my HDD? I am considering partitioning my extra HDD into 4 sections at 20GB each (its an 80GB HDD). And would it be better to install win 98 also and use it instead of XP as I have heard XP is finicky and can cause problems. So that way I would use 98 for the vhs to dvd stuff and xp for everything else (surfing games etc etc). Thanks to all who can help.
