Video and audio are out of sync on mp4 video file

    I recently downloaded an mp4 video file with the audio about half a second ahead of the video. I've tried looking for a program to fix it but there dosn't seem to be one created just for the purpose. Can someone please help me fix the audio and video, but if possible not have to re-encode the whole file, because i want it to stay in mp4. Thanks.

    Should be able to set the delay with mp4box/yamb.
