I'm new to DVD burning and encountered problems with my burnt DVDs particurlarly with jerky video and pariodic loss of audio. I know that there are settings for this but I'm not sure what they should be set at. The movies are downloads from BitComet and are great quality and I use DVD-R so I know its not a quality issue. I use Cucosoft AVI to VCD/SVCD/DVD/MPEG conversion software and then burn them using NERO. I've Also used the standalone burner in the program itself. I just need some direction. Thanks

just one question, do you have this problem when you make a backup of a store bought dvd? if you don't the problems will be with the torrent, or the sortware that you used to convert, the type of media cheep media will cause problems, and burning to fast, also multi tasking will also give you problens, hope that helps. happy burning good luck have a nice day
