Question is what do you guys think the problem was I used DVD Decrypter to iso an image then burned it using same prog. Also what is/are the best progs you guys have came across for the steps of burning Dual Layer. Thnks Alot in advance

The steps you did should work fine. DVD Decrypter Read then Write.

As of the problem it seems to be a hardware problem (stand alone player) rather then a media backup problem.

You said yourself that when you pause and then unpause the sound is in synch again. Pausing it and unpasuing it wouldnt put the audio back in synch if it was a bad backup. Whatever is burned on the disc wont change so if your audio is out of synch on the backup it will remain out of synch when you watch it.

Did you try playing it on your computer and see if it is in synch and falls out of synch?
