I am in need of some advice and recommendations regarding a Video Camcorder. I have been tasked with recording the weekly sermons at our church. I really don't have a budget, it has not been approved, if I could guess perhaps a $500 - $600 budget might be approved. I have seen some reviews and forums and many of them mention the video camcorders with the 3CCD option. Is that something I really need a a camcorder? Some extra info, I have access to a P3 which is running XP and I own a iMAC G5 which I can se for editing. Thank you in advance. Tex
You should be able to get a decent camcorder for that amount of money. I recommend that you check out http://www.camcorderinfo.com They have a rating page: http://www.camcorderinfo.com/ratings.php and reviews for almosta nay camcorder. Because you're recording in your church, low light perfomance might be an important factor to take into account.
