I have a phat and a slim, both recently upgraded to 4.01 m33-3. I have loadsa video that I ripped and converted from my own dvd's that have always played fine, but since upgrading they will play for a certain length of time (say 7 minutes) and then exit stating "Video cannot be played". If I go back to the video and set the start time to 7minutes 2 seconds then it will continue playing fine until the next point in the film when it will do the same thing again. It doesn't happen when fast forwarding. It happens on both the phat and the slim and it happens on all my memory sticks. I've tried loads of different videos from just a few seconds long through to a couple of hours. Always the same thing. And it always happens at the same points in the film. No other changes to the psp's or ms have been made. Last night I downgraded the fat to 3.71 m33-4. Problem still occured. Upgraded to 3.90 m33 - Problem still occured. So it's not a firmware issue - what can it be? Whatever it is it's very annoying! Any advice gratefully received, R
Hmmm - anyone have any thougts on the conversation in this thread?; http://boardsus.playstation.com/playstation/board/message?board.id=pspmedia&thread.id=327079 Seems what they are saying is that there is something in the firmware upgrade that is causing this. But now I've downgraded to 3.71 m33-4 and then 3.90 m33-3 it still does it. Can it be down to upgrading? R
