    I Have a P3 600Mhz, 192MB SD RAM, 10GB HD, Creative Vibra & NVIDIA G-Force system.
Got a USD TV tuner Card that works fine.

When it comes to capturing, the software captures the video but drops a lot of frames and it results in jumpy video.
I've tried many programs like AVI_IO, Adobe Premiere, Virtual Dub & Ulead Video Studio 5 and I get the same results. Is it because of my system? software? How do i prevent this?
If it is software....can u pls suggest any good video capturing/editing tool and where I can find the panasonic MPEG 1 plugin for premiere.

I`m not an expert on video capture but I think your problem is your capture card. Maybe you can set resolution a little down. I have an AVerTV USB that works great at 320 x 240, good at 640 x 480 and like crap at higher resolutions. I'm trying to find a better device myself!! Hope it helps
