I know that this forum is for capturing from analog sources, but what about the other way round? How can I record a video, which is from my hard drive on my PC, to my VCR? I am on Win ME, and have a PCi TV card. Thanx.
You can only do this if you have a "TV out" on your Video Graphics Card or if your Capture device has a Video Out which Most TV Cards don"t....
