I can't really describe the problem too well because I honestly don't know what is going on... Basically, I'm playing <something> and when the screen starts up, its green and then bits of light flash here and there. As the file plays on... it gets better but I think the picture is inverted, upside down and blurry. The file worked before when I didn't install Real Player 10. But since my Kazaa Lite's AVI preview wasn't working, I uninstalled my windows media player (upgraded version) which now screwed up my real player cuz some *.dll file is missing. Before all of this, the video worked fine with DivX Player and its codecs. I know I should make my comp a codec virgin but somethign screwed up as I was installing codec packs to get certain things to play in AVI preview. Nimo Pack is now stuck on my comp along with other few Codecs... So to sum up, can anybody help me with my video playback problem in teh short term In the long term, is there a way i can uninstall ALL my codecs manually w/o using add/remove programs in windows XP. Thanks alot for your help... its greatly appreciated And if worst comes to worst... i might have to reinstall my comp...
1. Pertaining to the no-piracy policy, please refrain from listing titles, filenames, etc. at least when it is not really that relevent to the problem 2.http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/48608 Depends on what codecs you have but probably not
