I've used two different programs (one the free one suggested by the guide) to convert a video file to an mp4 format to put on my ipod, but it still says it can't play the video. Can anyone tell me why it still won't add it to my library?
Some suggestions: a) Shorten the file name b) see whether the video specification is not up to standard iPod tech specs: http://www.apple.com/ipod/specs.html c) Find another video converter instead. d) Transfer video to ipod using another transfer but iTunes, it may work. I use this free transfer e) listen to mp3 music only.
