Video Conversion Problems (Different from previous post)

    I've got a little Sansa e250 MP3/video player that only plays MOV video files. The player came with a little application that converts VOB to MOV, but there is almost no compression. I've tried Auto GordianKnot and I can compress the video to a 200MB AVI file, but when I try to convert the AVI to MOV, it explodes up to about 900MB! I'd really like a one step solution to convert VOB to MOV but I'm open to anything as long as I can keep the files small. Video quality is not really an issue since the player only has a 1.8" screen.

    Thanks for the (useless) reply. DVD shrink does not rip to MOV (unless there's some setting I've overlooked. And I've already tried searching Google. I've been doing that for several days now.
