Help, I am converting an AVI file to MPEG4.After the file is converted I get this error when I try to open it in iTunes "Error -37: a bad filename or volume name was encountered".How do I fix this. I used Videora IPOD Converter.
I had the same problem on a couple files. To solve it, I reduced the filename so it wasn't so long and on one I deleted an accented letter, but I don't know if it actually affected it or not.
