can someone help me. i'm having a problem everytime i download a movie i can't even watch it or copy it to dvd. eveytime i go to the folder where i store it,a microsoft message comes up saying its shuting down the program fun thing its only movies not music
You can check out whether you download the movie compledtly. If it didn't have any mistake, there must be wrong with the file itself.
