Video decoder

    I have some videos that I want to burn onto dvd but when I load them up into the program it says It cannot find a suitable decoder for the movie. Is there a program that can take care of this? I really dont know what the problem is because the video works fine when I play it through Quicktime. Its a avi file and the audio is mp3.

    Try using TMPGEnc to make the conversion, and if things don't work recompress the video to mpeg-4 and decompress the audio to PCM using VirtualDub.
