Video disappears partway through encoding?

    avi downloaded and working fine. Run Virtual dub again all is well. Encoding with TMPGenc plus video disappears during encoding?

    Any ideas please?

    Try running the divx through avifixed to see if there are any problems on the video stream that might cause this. I recommend making a backup copy of the divx before you run it through avifixed!

    The same thing happened to me (vid went black) but when I ran AVIFixed, my video looked like it was melting. Did it remove the keyframes or something?

    I've seen it happen before, particularly with xvid! especially when there is an ac3 audio stream!
