video license remover

    you know how when you watch certant videos theres a license request, i was wondering if there is any way to remove those, and if not is there a way around them?

    If you mean WMV DRM, then yes it is possible to remove it, as long as you have the license to play it since the process involves dumping they key from memory. Once done, the license is no longer required.

    what if you dont there has to be a way to get into the code and make it not ask for a license

    There "has to be"?

    Presumbably the streams are encrypted, getting it not to ask for a license isn't going to help with that and depending on the decryption strength it may simply be impossible to break with current computing power.

    When you play a video (.wmv, .avi, etc.) isn't a copy of it saved somewhere in a temp folder? Would this copy still have the DRM on it? Had this problem before and just thought about that.
