Video looks like '60's psychedelic rock video

    Hi,

    I have a couple of video files with .avi extension. They play but the the video looks all weird like with psychedelic colors and look like '60's rock video. anyone have any ideas what type of file it it is and how I play/convert it? I've tried to play with mediaplayer,showtime,and dvix player.

    Drag the AVI on to GSpot and try to see which (Video and Audio)codecs it needs and if installed on the PC.
    If the codec is not installed, you can probably download it.

    In the example, the video codec is DivX and it's installed.
    You can also try to play the file using the buttons (1 then 2 lower left).
