Video on memory stick converted to ?

    I like to take short video clips on my SONY (W5)digital camera, When I save them to my PC the files are rather large. Is there some way I can convert them so the file size is smaller. This would be for the purpose of being able to email them to family.

    Am I dreaming or is this a "can do"?
