I downloaded video from my Panasonic digital video using firewire and windows movie maker. The files are on the hard drive and when I play them on windows media player they look like film negatives. Anyone know why this is? Is it a problem with the way I downloaded or the way I'm playing in media player?

Well maybe it is the DV Codec you are useing?? What DV Codec do you have installed??

If you Install "FFDShow Decoder" and Configure it to Decode DV AVI files then you should Hopefull get Proper Playback....

    Good luck
