I was wondering if there are any applications or video playback programs that can take a relatively low-res, say 350x240, video file and extrapolate a higher res or better quality picture from this. I am a little fed up of watching low quality video playback on high res monitors with people looking like they are made out of squares and rectangles. I am aware that an extrapolated picture would be nowhere near like what the original was in terms of quality because of informatin loss in the encoding process, however, I would think it would be able to produce a slightly more improved viewing experience? Does anyone know of any way to do this?
hey im having the same problem with my files the quality is really bad the screen has these squares on it, can anyone help us?? Thanks
