   please forgive me for my lack of knowledge..
   i hooked up my pc to a projection tv using a s-video to s-video
   and for sound a headphone to RCA
   all is working well except for when the video comes on to the tv there is waves moving from bottom to top of screen
   could some some help me get rid of it
