Hi escalante. Well, yes. The only problem is that because the video has no more data than it contains to supply the information for the extra pixels, the only option for *any* video editing application which can do so would be to "stretch" the video...which is worse than it sounds, as the quality will be nominally to substantially degraded, possibly to the point of unwatchability.
