video sound dos not work on ipod touch 16GB wen converted

    ok i put some videos on my ipod touch but i had to convert them ferst but after iv converted them the sound wont work y is this happining and how do i fix it

    What program are you using to convert the video files.

    Oh ok, not sure about that as I never let it convert my video files.
    I use Plato Video to Ipod,PSP,3GP software and never have any problems.
    You could check here to verify if your itunes is converting them right.
