As some of you may have read from my previous posts, I was trying to copy dvds TO vcr. My problem was the COPY PROTECTION encoded onto the disc as is common. A member suggested a STABILIZER. I had my doubts, at the priceing he mentioned it seemed unrealistic. I found a STABILIZER from QUALITEK INDUSTRIES.com. 3 models are available, cd,dvd, both. The BLACK BOX(literally) is the size of stack of playing cards, and provides an ANALOG type pin jack for in and out, video only. Internal battery, auto turn on/off. Excellent results. Can be used in any combination of sorce machines and record machines. Simply sandwich brtween them. Just thought members would like to know of an inexpensive solution to a common problem. Technology does not have to be complicated. You no longer have to record TO vcr/dvd useing the computers media player AND a vga/line out video converter as I have been doing. Hope this helps. Use this BOX to record TO any device.
