video streaming

This is an open letter to those users that download and play steaming video, let alone record it. With the exception of YOU TUBE, ALL sites I have come across that states "FREE" streaming are tied to third party movie sites that REQUIRE a FREE account using a CC as verification. Whats up with that? Deceptive in my book, if not downright fraudulent. As an example I searched for STAR TREK lll and found it listed as FREE on 12 sites. ALL were tied to account sites. I am NOT about to give my CC info to anyone unless I am buying a REAL physical product. I find this total nonsense. Also these sites should provide the URL to the video for downloading, all for FREE. ALL sites should operate like YOU TUBE. Just one more example as to how the casual user gets shafted.
