    Hi All,
This software is installed on XP Pro Computer (SP2). I have encountered a problem importing video files (located on HD) into the vault. I am also running DVD43.

    To recreate problem:

    1. Open Program
    2. Click on Import File (and select video file) and Open
    3. Click to Select video (center screen)
    4. Click on Start (to import video into vault.
    5. At this point the "Import File and Conversion Screen" briefly
flashes and the program closes. Same results with all types of files
    (avi, mpeg, wmv etc.)

This is an excellent program in many respects and I would dearly like
to know the fix. I have tried this program on two XP Pro computers with same results. However I have not tested it on a XP Home system. In addition I have tried older versions of the program with same result. Does anyone have any ideas on what the problem could be, or had a similar experience with this product?
    Thanks for your time.

ireland - Thanks for your reply
I first reported this problem to <support@diversifiedmultimedia.com>
on 06 January 2006 and have exchanged several emails since then. They told me that they were able to recreate the problem in their lab and that a fix would be forthcoming via an update around middle of February. ............... I am still waiting.
